    The eyes apear milky on the pictures because he was just about to shed his skin, it happend yesterday and out came a brand new Tarzan with a MUCH brighter green colour than on the pics

    They are a bit - some say it's like a bee sting others say they really have to chew hard to even penetrate your skin.. I generally try to handle him as little as possible since this best for the little guy, but when I've had to he has been quite calm and not agressive in any way. The man at the terrarium store handled them daily and had been bitten a couple of times, but most often when they arrive stressed from their place of origin.

    How does he feel about misting?
    And one other question...what does snake poo look like? Should we be expecting Snake Tea as a fertilizer soon?

    Actually this kind of snake doesn't drink water from bowls etc. like other snakes, they only drink condensated water on leaves or wood so he actually likes misting - otherwise he wouldn't be getting anything to drink

    Regarding the snake tea - I'll let you know if the orchids start mutating or develop in any other way
