    Default My Pooch

This is Rory, he's not cute, he's 19 and grumpy with it! His thyroids too big and his kidneys too small and he can only see out of one eye ( not well at that!) and he's going deaf! But we love him! The vet said and we agreed that it would be too much to mess him about at his age, oh and he makes a hell of a racket when he's awake!

Once upon a time he was the cutest kitten! Judi

What a pretty kitty!! He looks like he's having a good dream all curled up there with his back paw all extended like that... 19 years old? You've loved him well!

    Default Too cute!

Your Rory is beyond precious. I have two cats, Fritz and Sasha.

Is it common for you Brits to call cats "Pooch" as well? In American, pooch definitely means "dog"...and only dog...

Rory looks quite handsome and sleek for a 19 year old. Miss Maude just will turn 15 next month she is becoming a demanding dowager but we love her just the same.

I've always called it a paunch, too... but since my mother is from Connecticut and I spent over 3 months in Australia, that might have something to do with it.
