Since yours is in active growth you can repot now. Yes it may slow it down a little, just keep in mind the less you break or cut healthy roots the less stress the plant goes through, the faster it will go back to normal growth and blooms wont be delayed. I usually dip the plants roots in water with a few drops of superthrive in it for a couple minutes. It helps reduce shock and also encourages new root growth.
