I didn't really see the water spots until I sat down to eat my dinner. I got to looking at my Orchids and I saw it. Its just ugly. I will try out all of your suggestions and see what happens.
I tried to clean the leaves with white viniger. I user very little viniger just enough in water to have a light smell of viniger. Here are the before and after pictures. I dried the leaf of with a paper towel. Hopefully the leaf doesn't die.

Looking good! I doubt if there was enough acid in the diluted vinegar to cause Your orchid to kick the bucket, but I have never done the leaf wash, so I really don't know.
