    First of all hello and welcome to Orchid Talk !!!! Even though you might have found it in Costa Rica it's not a native plant but it has amazing conditions to grow there. It's a Paphilionanthe aka Vanda 'Miss Joaquim' or it could one of the species.

    Thank you all for such a quick reply! I'm in south texas where the sun never stops shinning - just burns my orchids. I was excited to see this variety in CR growning in the blazing sun. Thanks again!

    Try searching for Vanda Miss Joaquim (ends with "M", not "N").
    If there are no local vendors that sell them, try contacting a Singapore vendor as it is their national flower. Check with international trade regulations though to make sure it is ok to import it.
