Default Why is my den getting yellow?

Over the last week this den has lost many of its leaves due to them getting yellow, even on the newest growth. Am I doing something wrong here? Too much light?

This kind of dendrobium naturally loses its leaves. Flowers come right out of the stalk where the leaves were. Do not cut down stalks without leaves--that's when they're getting ready to flower, and the stalks will probably bloom multiple times, so just leave them, ugly as they are. The flowers will be worth it.

I'm worried because the same happened on the new growth on the left of the picture where one of the leaves turned yellow.

I think it's sort of hidden by the larger stalk in front. Are there more than these two yellowing leaves?

Richard...just check the roots to make sure your not over watering. I would expect the newest growth to maintain it's leaves. I doubt if the light level is too high
