Stefanie, Is your plant a phal? The leaves look very nice.

Bruce, One of my phals is in a large pot because it had so many roots I was afraid of cramping them. What happens when a phal is in a pot that's too large? Maybe I should repot to a smaller pot. I don't have a digital camera to take a picture, and I don't know how to post a picture from my cell phone card.

Minda, if your phal has lots of roots and they fill the pot, don't worry. The phal in this thread only has two roots, so that pot is very large for the root mass.

Regarding your cell phone card and posting a photo. Is it possible for you to upload your photos from your cell phone card via a card reader to your computer? If so, I can help you get them attached here. You just need them on your computer. I am working on a way to allow mobile users to email a photo to a thread, but it is proving difficult at the moment. I was hoping to spend some more time on that today. If I get it to work, I will be sure to post about it.

    Cheers,
    BD

Hey Aaron the hydrogen peroxide that is available in the local philippine drugstores come in two different concentrations. I think one is a 5% solution and there is another one that is a 10% solution. I'm not familiar with what the exact strength to use since I do not use peroxide 'coz I use commercial fungicide on my plants (occasionally).

I don't know what concentration of peroxide that hobbyists use over there in the U.S.

Hi Minda, yes it is a Phal, unfortunately I lost it's ACTUAL name but when I bought it it also had a second plant growing from the base as well. Hoping to keep it growing strong!
