    Default question on flasking

    i was wondering, if or when i by some flasks, will the seedlings be all the same color or will it be different colors.

    Depends on the genetics of the seedlings. Some crosses are highly variable and some aren't. If they are species, they will tend to be more similar to each other than most hybrids. Each seedling is an individual, so you can get differences in flower form as well as color. That is unless we are talking about mericloned flasklings, then they are genetic duplicates of the parent and each other and will be very similar.

    Generally, they would be in the same color range, having atleast some tie to the parents. What I mean is if you cross two white colored flowers, I doubt it would produce a red colored. Although the could be variations, like a tint of yellow, or size of flower ect.
    They will not be same tho, they might appear as same, but the only way to create duplicates is by cloning them.
