    I have four Phals with no idea as to their parentage or any other info.
    Three are mini-orchids and the fourth has two spikes with a couple of the flowers on the spikes I noticed have a couple of little spots on them, and no idea as to what they are.

    Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Photos are always a big help as it is difficult to guess without seeing what is really going on.

    Sure, post up a photo of the blooms and plants if possible. That is the best way to get help with orchid identifications. Just realize, many phal hybrids are similar and you may not get the exact identification.
