You really got me going there, Annette ! Delicatum in flower in September. - is the world going mad ? Then I looked and saw you live in the Southern hemisphere... Of course. A beautiful delicatum ! I have never seen one so good, but....in fact, dare I as a northern hemisphere grower dare to question an Aussie, about one of your native orchids. - is it really delicatum ? Current theory I understand is that delicatum is a hybrid, and one parent is D.kingianum, which I have grown for 50 years, and have seen, and occasionally grown, with just as many flowers per spike . But delicatum, never, which I have assumed is because the other parent is fewer flowered.
Input from other Dend. Growers needed here ?

Size: 1.6 KBGeoff. Parent is kingianum. This is a hybrid, (typo in label on photo). This is the best it has been (after being split 2010, and an attack of aphids). The perfume is beautiful. In the house at the moment.
