Default Help to identify NOIDS - Phalaenopsis

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help ID these flowers.

Phal 1 - This is a gift, which was in turn gifted to my uncle so he also doesn't know the name either. This is the 2nd time it's blooming, within 7-10 months period. The first time, it's just 1 flower so quite happy there're now 3. Hopefully there's a trend here with more flowers next year.. greedy me . I think it looks awfully similar to the Phal Chain Xen Mammon we bought recently but can't match to a name when I flipped the books.

Pic 3 - We bought this cheap & it wasn't labelled (yes yes, no more buying unamed flowers.... ). Any idea?

    Thanks!

Here's wishing everyone a merry x'mas and a good countdown tomorrow. To good health, happiness & happy growing to one & all.

    cheers, Beeze

    Hi Beeze,

I suppose you have already figured out that it is almost impossible to identify these hybrid phal orchids. There are so many similar crosses that unless you have a tag that came with the plant from the original grower (and sometimes not even then) can you be assured of the orchid plants true identity. These phals are all really lovely. I would hope for the best about the names, but go ahead and name them yourself for identification and cataloging purposes. Happy New Year to you as well.

    cheers,
    BD

I agree NOID Phals will always remain a mystery there is one Phal of mine that I got from an orchid show and on the tag it just says ' White moon ' I tried looking it up on the web and in books but no info so even with tags sometimes they remain a mystery

Yikes, sorry about the upside down pics. And thanks for the replies. Yep, it's difficult but at least I tried. Will leave these two as NOIDs then. And lesson learnt, no more buying unlabeled orchids.

The 1st and the 3 could be Doritaenopsis/Phalaenopsis Chian Xen "family".
    1 : Doritaenopsis Chian Xen Mammon ?
3 : Doritaenopsis Chian Xen Pearl ? Doritaenopsis Chian Xen Magpie ?
