If it's a hybrid there's no way to know the name for sure. If it's a species I would think maybe C. warscewiczii or C. gaskelliana.
Hi Bruce, thanks but I have not found one name tag so far, the plants were given by her neighbor, an elderly lady who had sold her house and was moving out, she may have taken off the tags at some time, that was about ten years ago, in one that we did yesterday the roots were so bound and the medium so rotten that there was nothing for the plants to really get a hold of but the roots of each other, lots of new plants in the pots too and dried down flower spikes about five in one pot, some have no flowers at all so she will have to wait until they send out flowers, also the vanda that I repotted a few weeks ago for her has two new healthy roots, so we wait to see.
