Default Please help with bush snails!

I have a dozen mounted species and I have found at least three of them have bush snails. How do I treat them?

I usually dunk the mounts in a pail...sink them....the snails drown or crawl out.

Or I'd just sprinkle them with some diatomaceous earth

diatomaceous earth should help chase them away, but treat them all so they don't just move to the next one. you can also place pie-pans of beer on the ground near where they are. they will have one last party.

Just make sure the beer is deep enough to drown the snails.

    Hi,
Another trick I learned is to staple around a sand paper on the wire and it would prevent the snails to crawl over the sand paper. I presume your mounts are suspended.
