How much light are they getting? How often do you fertilize them? What kind of fertilizer are you using? Can you provide pictures?

I stay in the tropics and i placed them in the balcony of my apartment so they get quite a bit of sunlight throughout the day. But thankfully my apartment faces the east so they dont get the intense afternoon direct sun.

On the fertilizer, i am not regular but at least once a week. I fertilize them with an "off the rack" liquid fertilizer.

Let me take some pics and share.

Please post pictures of your oncidiums. I've never had much success with oncidiums. I do believe they don't quite like the hot lowlands.
