    Default Angraecum Lemforde newbie!

My Ang. Lemforde one leaf started yellowing yesterday...Name: image.jpg

So I removed it from its medium and found the roots to be looking a bit sad...

So I removed all yellow parts with a blade and treated with hydrogen peroxide. It is now in an aerated plastic pot with no medium to dry out a bit. Should I fill with medium asap or leave it a little bit? Sure hope I am on the right track here...

    Thanks in advance!

Angraecum don't like to be repotted or roots touched and sulks for years. I would suggest you should use a systemic fungicide and then use a rooting harmone to promote rooting and then keep in a high humidity area and pray and hope for the best

    Thanks!

Repotting and sulking will be a given now, I am more concerned with keeping it alive. The roots are not squishy or soft though. Still hard and strong which gives me hope. Repotted with large bark and very little coconut husk - pot has very large holes all around. Does look like the yellowing stopped as it set on very fast (within 12 hours).
