    if there is good roots, then can water. (but if the roots is good, you should not observe any signs like bulb shriveling)

    but if not much functioning roots or barebulb...then cut the leaves to avoid stressing the bulb too much. only water when new roots appear. if no new roots, then force them to dormancy.

    Ok, so i cut off leaves, unpotted it. roots were not good so trim them too.
    what do i do net? should i keep PBs in darker space or do anything else?!

    okie, no roots no leaves....easiest to dealt with. put in brightf area but away from direct sun.....then wait. if new roots OR new growth with roots appear, then start watering.
    if it goes into dormancy, then wait till next cycle begins.

    Ok, so i bought another plant, it came in two spikes, but one was damaged at shipping and did nit survive.
    Second one developed buds but they are falling off
    Any suggestions why?!

    stress due to transportation or disease are common causes...but as long as the bulbs are in good condition then no worries.
