Default Seedling of Phalaenopsis tetraspis C1. How to act with?

Hello! I've got a question about my new orchid - phalaenopsis tetraspis C1. My experience with phalaenopsises didn't bring me much joy () because I've red a lot of articles and forums about orchids. And there are 2 opposite opinions:
    1. orchids are epiphytes and should be grown without much water and fertilizers because it may cause rotting (all the substrates are to be dried out before watering and announced terms are unbeleiveable: some orchids can live without watering for 6-7-8 months). I really beleive in orchids, but I think that 2 months without watering or spraying is deadline.
    2. orchids should be grown without any deficit of water and fertilizers and substrate is to be wet.
How should I act with my orchid? It's in the bark, seedling (don't laugh at me, I couldn't find some other in uanet), it has 7 leaves and the longest is 10 cm long. Temperature is +25-27 and no sunlight, only 2 plant lamps.
    Any ideas?
sorry for my English, I hope you can understand the main idea of this massage.

Victoria- Are you familiar with orchidspecies.com also known as IOSPE? It is a great site for orchid info of species only. Phal tetraspis is a species orchid.
Here is a link for it:

Likes even watering year round. So I would water when the roots look whitish. WHen watered they will turn green. And don't need any more water as long as they are green. Wait until they are whitish in color.

Phalaenopsis tetraspis C1 is an excellent orchid and requires year around watering and fertilization with more than 50% relative humidity. I concur with Harvey, IOSPE provides insight into light conditions and natural habitat for most of the species

I would agree with both Harvey and Sriram.
