Don't know how often you water it but that plant on a mount should get a good soaking once a day when its in growth and fertilized every couple of weeks when in growth. That would be from about the end of March until the end of September in my area. Southern Ontario. At the end of September I start slacking off on the water and stop the fertilizer. I know you're from the Philippines so you would have a little more time in the fall as Sriram said. What are the white spots?
How is your Dendrobium doing Perriboi?
Agreed...I'd treat with fungicide.

I'm thinking the white spots is a mealybugs..... watch up for moving ants.
