Default Problems with my Phals and Cattleya

Hi seniors out there.. Iím new to growing orchid and I have problems with my phals and cattleya. Firstly, my phals were exposed to the direct sun few weeks back and then it caused damages to the leaves. Iím wondering if I should cut off the entire leaf?
Secondly, I have no idea what is happening to my cattleya that caused the leaves to behaving that way.. it was in bark medium. Their pictures are as attached.. please advise.. thanks a lot!!!

The sunburn is done. As the damage did not include exposure of internal tissues, the likelihood of a secondary infection is nil.

Those parchment-like areas will eventually crumble and anything separated from the "base" of the plant by those burned areas will die. I would not remove undamaged tissue, even if there will be a hole in the leaf - if it is still green, it's still creating resources for the plant. However, it looks like that leaf was damaged all the way across, so I'd cut a straight line across the burned area.
