Make sure your plant is growing as well. If your plant is just sitting dormant and has no new root tips, then its prettu useless to mount it.

Tindo, make sure you get one that is a warm grower. When the condition is right, it grows like a weed. My mistake with Barlaeana is that it is a cool grower. I bought it without checking and it was shipped in the hottest day (July). When I got it, it is already in stress. I have since added 4 more masds, all hybrid warm growers.
