    Keiki is growing fast, and mother is still ok...


    Oh yes... And not 3, it's 7!!!! Wow! I have a collection now! I'll post a pictures in a new thread!

    Wow!! That's huge! From 0 to that in just a month?? Do you have some secret you need to share with us? ;-)

    The mother is also still blooming, it looks like? Nice job!

    Well there is absolutely no secret! I just think that this plant is weird! Absolutelz not normal.

    That spike on right side is cuted off after blooming, and todaz, i noticed it have started yellowing, but I don't care, this thing was blooming for a 6 months!

    Indeed, phals are easy to grow, I'm struggling with cymbidium and Cattleya (cutting)! Oh I simply can't let them die, and I do not now what are the best things I can do to keep them alive!

    In my humble experience with cymbidium - I have one that I have been dragging along for awhile looker better now - a coarse bark mix would be better. Less watering than my phals or paphs and likes a lot of air movement.

    But like I said, just my limited experience.

    You pot the cyms just in bark? Do you put soil in a mix? Cymbidiums are terrestrial orchids!
