  1. 1/3 cup soy sauce
  2. 1/4 cup sesame oil
  3. 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  4. 1 tablespoon ginger
  5. 1/4 cup scallions
  6. 1 pound large shrimp
  7. 8 bamboo skewers
  1. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, and scallions. Mix well and add in your shrimp.
  2. Cover and chill for 4-6 hours to let the flavor set.
  1. Thread shrimp onto skewers and place on hot grill for 4 minutes on each side. Baste often and serve hot! Great when set on top of a plate of rice.
