- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1/4 cup scallions
- 1 pound large shrimp
- 8 bamboo skewersPreparation:
- Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, and scallions. Mix well and add in your shrimp.
- Cover and chill for 4-6 hours to let the flavor set.Instructions:
- Thread shrimp onto skewers and place on hot grill for 4 minutes on each side. Baste often and serve hot! Great when set on top of a plate of rice.
