    Default Easy peanut butter cake

Description: This is the cake I always make for birthdays... Its made with prepared cake mixes so it always comes up like crazy!... Depending on the cake mix used, the taste will be different but always has that earthy and rich peanut butter flavor... I usually use vanilla, coconut or chocolate mixes as they blend better with peanut butter... So... Lets do it!...
    Serving Size:!...
    Time: around an hour
    Difficulty: Easy

    1. 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
    2. 1/2 cup butter, softened
    3. 4 eggs
    4. 1 (18.25 ounce) package butter cake mix...
    5. 2/3 cup water (or better... Milk)
    6. ***************
    7. 1 cup peanut butter
    8. 1/2 cup butter, softened
    9. 4 cups confectioners' sugar
    10. 1/3 cup heavy cream
    1. Wash your hand with antibacterial liquid soap!...
    2. Heat the oven to 165 degrees c...
    3. Remember to clean the stuff after baking!...
    1. Preheat oven to 165 degrees C. Grease and flour your largest cake pan!
    2. Combine 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1/2 cup butter or margarine. Cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at time, mixing well after each one. Add cake mix alternately with the water. Stir until just combined. Pour batter into prepared pan.
    3. Bake at 165 degrees C (middle rack) for an hour or until cake tests done. Allow the cake to cool in pan for 10 minutes and then turn out onto a cooling rack to cool completely. Assemble and frost with Peanut Butter Frosting once cool.
    4. To Make Peanut Butter Frosting: Combine 1 cup peanut butter, and 1/2 cup butter or margarine cream together until light and fluffy. Add the confectioner's sugar. Mix in enough cream to make the frosting of a spreading consistency. Apply to cool cake.
    5. Sometimes I sprinkle some sesame, raisins, chopped nuts or dried fruits... If you want to have a toasted surface, just grill it for a few minutes but watch carefully, too much surface heat and it'll convert into chocolate cake... Charcoal chocolate cake with a powerful smoke flavor!...
