    Default Frozen Hot Chocolate

    Description: I'm not one for coffee (hot or frozen), so this is my treat instead.
    Serving Size: 2 mugs full
    Time: 10-15 min
    Difficulty: Easy

    Ingredients:
    1. 3 ounces chocolate (whatever kind you prefer)
    2. 2 teaspoons hot chocolate powder mix
    3. 1 1/2 Tablespoons sugar
    4. 1 1/2 cups milk
    5. 3 cups ice cubes
    6. Whipped cream
    Preparation:
    1. Make sure you have plenty of ice.
    2. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
    Instructions:
    1. Put chocolate pieces and 1/2 cup milk in a bowl and microwave for about 90 seconds. Stir. Put back in microwave for about 30-60 seconds more. Stir again until the melted chocolate is well blended with the milk.
    2. Add chocolate powder mix and sugar. Stir until well blended.
    3. Put 1 cup milk, chocolate mixture, and ice in blender. Blend until smooth.
    4. Top with whipped cream
