    Default Orchid Hot Chocolate

    Description: A fine blend of liquid chocolate and those orchids ... you took years to grow!
    Serving Size: 4
    Time: 10 minutes
    Difficulty: Easy

    Ingredients:
    1. - two ounces of couverture chocolate
    2. - one cup of milk
    3. - Green Spider Orchid Essence, Red Helmet Orchid Essence, or Mediation Essence
    Preparation:
    1. Have ready
    2. - two ounces of couverture chocolate
    3. - one cup of milk
    4. - Green Spider Orchid Essence, Red Helmet Orchid Essence, or Mediation Essence
    Instructions:
    1. Chop or grate two ounces of couverture chocolate
    2. into small pieces. Heat one cup of milk on low until just below the boiling point. Remove from the heat.
    3. Whisk in the chocolate until melted and incorporated.
    4. Add seven drops of Green Spider Orchid Essence, Red Helmet Orchid Essence, or Mediation Essence.
    5. Carefully whisk to combine.
