    Default Easy Quiche

Description: I make this as a savory addition to my baking stall at the local market. it is soo easy to make, and soo good.
Serving Size: once again...Depends but probably 6.
    Time: ??? depends =)
    Difficulty: Easy

    Ingredients:
    1. 1 1/2 cups milk
    2. 4 eggs
    3. 2 oz butter
    4. 1 tsp baking powder
    5. 1 cup flour
    Preparation:
    1. Beat all together.
    2. Add some bacon, a cup of grated cheese, (tasty or colby are good), chopped red onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, mixed vege, its up to you what you add. I find adding roughly chopped sundried tomatoes is nice.
    Instructions:
    1. Chuck it in a quiche dish, and into the oven at about 180-200 degrees C, until knife comes out mostly clean.
    2. Leaving the base sort of mushy gives it a nice texture if you refrigerate overnight.

Nice recipe. Thanks Jordan. I actually have never made a Quiche. I will have to give this a try as it looks easy enough and all the ingredients look tasty too.

    Cheers,
    BD
