    Time: 20 minutes
    Difficulty: Easy

    Ingredients:
    1. 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
    2. 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    3. 1.5 tsp. vanilla
    4. 2 (16 oz) packages of confectioners' sugar
    5. 1/2 cup cocoa powder

It's very easy to halve the batch. It's impossible to tell this from more complicated fudge recipes except that this never turns out grainy or gets dry crusty edges. Your friends will marvel at your masterful candy-making skills.
