Default A happy trio of neos

    Meet the neos!
I was casually websurfing when I stumbled upon 2 online auctions of some very good looking ascofinetias, one in germany the other in the uk.
(ok so maybe I was looking for some ascofinetias for a long time now, just don't tell my husband)
I was the first bidder and promised myself not to overbid.
In the end, I was rewarded with 2 ascofinetias, since noone bid for a second time (gotta love august vacation in europe: everyone's in spain or greece)
Both are tagged as "cherry blossom", although the uk one has a bean leaf pattern and the german has a pine leaf pattern AND a spike with 6 buds!
I'd love it if one has some Asc.Ampullaceum so it's blooms will be purple and the other some Curvifolium so its blooms will be orange! Only time will tell. For the time, its a surprise!
You can see all 3 of them in one container. My little japanese forest of neos!

What a wonderful find. I must admit that I love browsing auctions--you can really pick up some treasures on occassion. And how wonderful to not have to even bid twice! Congrats.

    (And we won't tell your husband . . . )

Better unplug the computer before your hubby reads this thread...

You found some great looking neos.
