    Default Mystery orchid Plant ??

After a rather exciting morning...(I had to call 911 for one of my vendors who was having a seizure in his house, while protected by two very large dogs!), I ended up with a mystery plant. Back in a forgotten corner were three of these. When I first picked it up I assumed it was Encyclia...but then as I really looked at it I started wondering. The leaves seem kind of long for an Encyclia...any guesses??? I've got it propped against the armrest of the couch...I'd say the longest leaf would be about 12+ inches.

I'd still go for the Encyclia as the name.

My Encyclia alata has long narrow leaves... That's the only Encyclia I have.

I agree with Roy. That p-bulb looks like an encyclia to me. Regardless, it is a nice looking plant.

The leaves look a little long for alata. Mine never get long enough to bend over like that.

We shall see...someday when it blooms then. I thought it looked like one, then I started doubting myself....But if you all think the same. I almost took a pic of it next to my new Encyclia Tampensis...lol...looks like a giant plant next to them. lmao

Must of been scary with the vendor having a seizure. I had a friend have a seizure and I took charge of the situation but afterward I had adrenalin shakes for 15 minutes
