Okay, here's some more photos from the other plants. This was a specimen plant that I recently divided and was able to make 6 good size divisions (5-6 p-bulbs each pot)

My guess; Photo #1 has a spike and new growth. #2 looks like new growth. Just my guess. Keep us informed!

Ohhh, I hope it is!! Can't wait to see how it turns out. Did these start 'spiking' just after you divided and repotted?

    Cheers,
    BD

Yes, I believe the spikes started after i divided it. I got it as a specimen plant that actually still has some seed pods from previous flowering. I researched the plant and found out that it was a summer and fall bloomer which just made me more confident that they are spikes.

Hi KC, welcome to the forum. From what I learned from previous postings and little experience (I'm a newbie in the orchid world myself) spikes are plumper compared to new growths. Feel free to post photos of your cym., we love photos here.

They were spikes!!!!!!!!!! But I was surprised on how small the flowers are, this is my first dayanum and I guess I was expecting bigger blooms (at least as big as Cym. eburneum)

Anyway here you go, not sure if they are fully open yet.
