    Default Spike-tastic

    My goal was to have something in bloom at any time during they year, however, I did not expect the drop in temperatures to do this. Here's the 8 of 130 that are in spike now and that will hopefully fill the house with some sushine during the gloomy season. All except the Twinkle (with 6 spikes) are earned spikes.

    Phal. NOID "bites"
    Phal. equestris v. rosea
    Phal. lobbii
    Neostylis Lou Sneary
    Phal. NOID "peach"
    Onc. Tsiku Marguerite 1&2
    Onc. Twinkle

    Lookin good. Why are the potted plants in s/h. why not plant directly in the s/h material?

    Lotsa spikes! Great job! And I was wondering the same as above....why not put them directly in the s/h???

    They're in moss but the net pots are very light and the fan will blow them away that's why I put them in the S/H pebbles. I think I like these better in moss as I had some humidity issues with Sharry Baby so hopefully the sphag will solve this.
