I was really surprised when my little phal had a spike about 3-4" long. It's a phal timothy christopher per the tag. It had one yellow flower left when I bought it approx 4 years ago. It's been a great fall and winter with 4 out of 6 orchids spiking.
Hmmmm . I wonder if the tag is incorrect. Timothy Christopher is a white multiflora Phal.
I think I must have gotten something mixed up. could this be the right orchid? Now I wander if my other orchid will be the yellow one? only time will tell. this one looks exactly like my first orchid, which had no id with it. it is pictured in another post.
I think the tag says Timothy Christopher ( Amabilis x Sogo White). The fact that the sepals are hidden behind the petals(unusual) should make it easier to identify. But alas I am no Phal expert! It is a lovely orchid, no matter the name. Congrats
Congratulations-it looks like Timothy Christopher .
Very pretty flower look very healthy.
