Very nice driftwood. Looks as if they have been stained or treated . Does this have any effect on the orchid?

Those are beautiful, and they should look absolutely stunning once the plants get established and cover the driftwood with roots and (hopefully) multiple growths.

New Orleans is the city where I was born, but don't live there because of the high crime rate. Cody, your mounted orchids are PERFECT! They could not look any better. And, of course, N.O. is humid, and warm...perfect for mounted orchids. They should do very well! Betty :-)

i water once a day or every other day; the moss stays moist unless it's unusually hot outside.
the wood isn't treated, it gets dark when wet.
