    Default No ID Philippine Orchid

Recently when I purchased Dendrobium auriculatum and others, I found this interesting species group with the Dendrobium auriculatum.

I suspected that it could not be the same Dendrobium auriculatum because they have different leaves and non-branching canes.

The plant has no flowers yet but confusing whether it belongs to Appendicula or Dendrobium, I have no idea what it is.

Any wild guess that would be great.

    Thanks.

    Hi Yew,

The species is belongs to orchid tribe Podochileae and subtribe Dendrobiinae, an epiphyte, and its roots is full of moss.

I hoped Jim Cootes could identify this species I have at home.

Just confused with Dendrobium and Appendicula
