    Default Habenaria Rhodocheila

We were looking for the White Egret Orchid. Hubby pick this one as the flower looks like a bird in flight. Waiting...

It is potted in half soil and perlite. We will see it I could get it to bloom. Crossing my fingers.

Goodness - I just looked this one up - how unusual it will be! I'm crossing my fingers for you, too! Good luck!

Noi, once this blooms it should be great. The shape and color on this orchid flower are showy and unique, especially if its the orange color I saw under Google images for Habenaria rhodocheila. May it bloom sooner than later! AL

This is one beeeeautiful orchid. It will bloom as soon as the growth matures and then die down with only the tuber remaining underground. It will then remain dormant through the winter. The colour of the blooms is quite variable but I think the orange coloured one is he prettiest.
