Default Oncidium Twinkle 'Weston' in spike!

Here is one that i got in Hawkes Bay from a member of the local society-he invited me back to his home to see his greenhouses, and as we walked through, he would pluck one or two from various shelves and benches and put them aside. In the end, he got a box and said 'I hope they let you on the bus and in the door at home with those!'

Get ready to be patient. These can take FOREVER to finally decide to bloom. Nice guy though.

I love the various Oncidium Twinkles out there - what a lovely gift you received! You must be an awfully nice person to bring out such kindness in others.

great gift Jordan....you must be very excited....i happened to examine mine today Ironically and noticed 3 spikes peeping their heads out. It has grown 4 new bulbs in the past couple of months out of the original 2 bulbs when i bought it. A very good grower in my experience. Tho mine is just a plain Onc. twinkle with no clonal epithet. Hopefully more spikes will come and maybe a judging in a month or two. .mmm i can almost smell it already..haha...i share your excitement thanks for sharing and best of luck with it..
