Default Orchid Splurge again - now, where to put these?

This is what I call a "Group Portrait" showing the damage I did to my orchid budget on Friday. Let me just say that Phillip was NOT a restraining influence - he has this obsession worse than me now. Bordering on the ridiculous, we are now vying for inside and outside shelf room, floor space, repotting materials, camera tripods.... You name it.

Nearly all these orchids have id's, with 2 exceptions - I'll post individual threads for those later.

In the meantime, this photo shows: (front row, left to right)

    1) Paph. Hilo Quatal '#2' x Magic Leopard 'Midnight Magic' AM/AOS (in bud)
    2) Paph. Lynleigh Koopowitz (delenatii x malipoenses '#28')
    3) Paph Hsinying Citron '#10' x Paph. fairrieanum 'Green Baby' HCC/AOS (also in bud)

    (back row, left to right)

    4) Mystery catt-type with faded id tag - perhaps it says something like 'Portia dygbyana'? (In multiple long spikes)
    5) New Hybrid phal from local nursery id'd so far only as M1425 - (blooming) - working on getting parentage
    6) Blc. Burdekin Wonder 'Lakeland' (technically from last week and has been cleaned up) (showing some budding sheaths)
    7) Hanging - Vanda lilacina

Have much work to do and will post mysteries photos when I can.

Thanks to everyone for being interested and helpful with all the new stuff coming at me. Never had a vanda before, never mind a species.

    Always,
    Maura

Who said anything about resisting? I've taken that word out of my mental dictionary - and I look forward to seeing your blooms as well.

It's in full spike with at least 5 tall ones and one of them is starting to bud out! This is very exciting!

Nice haul, Maura. It is so cute that you pulled each tag in front of each plant for their group picture.

Btw, completely off this topic. As I read your signature, it reminds me of the Paph Complex cross, Winston Churchill I used to have. I tried not to give up for long time, but all it did was nothing but 'grow'. Yep, I gave up.

Your new vanda will be fun. You can water and water and with good airmovement they grow and grow. You obviously had a fun shopping day and got some very nice plants!
