    Thanks for the info... I'll give it a try, but will probably do it every 2-3 months since half of the time I use source spring water from a tapped spring a mile from my house...this water has a high mineral content and rarely do I see even hints of yellowing or anemia in my plants. But I think I'll dose it a little more regularly for my non-orchid plants to give them a boost.

    Wowee! It's a Steelers phan for sure!

    Interesting thread...my Penang Girl has big, green happy leaves and a flower spike that has grown less than 2" in two months. It's creeping. I might try the restorative bath of salts...

    I have 2 of the Penang Girl Phals . one I posted a picture of awhile back in bloom ,and one that is creeping along like yours . The one on this thread sure took it's time blooming .
