    Default Unexpected root riot

I went to my local BBS today to get a splitter for my outdoor faucet and was surprised to find that they are now carrying orchid baskets. (I really went to see if they had any bag babies, but whatever.) I bought a couple of said baskets...one specifically for a maxillaria that I thought was having root troubles. Here are my root troubles-Buttloads of roots. Hope it willingly goes into the basket after its little physan spa treatment. Up next is the tackling of an unruly bulbo. Really not looking forward to it!

It did go into its basket! Yay! Thats an eight inch basket btw. The bulbo that I just debasketed doesn't have such a nice root system. I think the homemade basket was too deep. Thanks for looking and commenting! And special thanks to Bruce for dealing with my oopsie!
