    Default Leaves...

Nope... I'm not going anywhere, so you can all just put away all those party hats

In light of developments with various growers here, I thought it might be nice to know which orchid you think has the best leaves...

    My vote goes to

Paph vietnamense - I just love the mottling on these and it must be the shiniest leaves in Paph-dom!

    Cheers

Gin, is Plocoglottis lowii related to Haemaria [formerly Ludisia] discolor?

the beautiful leaf question? For me, it's kind of a toss up between Haemaria and Macodes petola

Hi , I don't think it is related ? does not look anything like the Ludisia , it has bulbs with the leaves at the top , It drops the old ones after a couple of years I will take a picture of it and post it here (it is not in bloom now ). I like the Macodes too , but was not good at keeping mine alive , I guess when they say shade they mean it lol . Gin
