Oh it looks great! I want one of those SO badly. However, I will wait to be sure I can keep my trial paph alive and perhaps rebloom it before I get another. I hope!

I like the water bottle thing, but most of mine are just too big for that. I'm using other, larger, recycled plastic food containers. I have several in large potato salad containers, but I do like my larger plants will will be needing something bigger, a bit more clear and preferably deeper before I'm done!

I love watching a spike grow. I'm waiting for several of my paphs to spike. Hopefully they will not skip blooming this year.

Getting closer! Still angry at him for blooming sideways, but its likely in revenge for me getting angry and shoving him in the back corner with odd light. THAT'll teach him to bloom more often!

I absolutely love Paph buds, and I'm glad to see more than me posting pictures of their progress. Paph flowers are beautiful, but, sometimes, the organic elegance of the buds is overlooked I think. Congrats on your first Paph bud!

I agree with you that the paph spikes are very elegant.

Ain't that the truth! Paphs are very good for practicing your patience on. I hope my malipoense never decides to bloom, because I've heard stories about it taking up to 11 months from sheath to bloom. I think I would lose my mind, waiting for it.

I always figure time will pass whether or not the orchid blooms, might as well be growing it and hope!
