    Default First ever Vanda spike

Today when I got home for lunch I discovered what I think is my first Vanda spike ever. I've been cultivating orchids for about three years now and I've never ever managed to rebloom a Vanda. I hope this time I will. At least, I think it's a spike. The fat root on the lower part of the picture started end September and first I hoped it would be a spike (but knowing it was a root). This time ti's different. I'm almost sure it's a spike. I still have most of my plants outside (today it's 30º C and the minimum will be about 15ºC). Can I let her outside or would it be better to take her inside? Thanks for your input.

nice!!! if weather permits, i would leave it where it was. moving them around can blast the spike, in my experience.

    Congrats.
Leave it where it is , the extra light & air movement will be best to keep the spike growing.

OK. Thank you all. For the time being, I'll just leave her where she is. I think we'll be having a few colder nights the next days with lows of about 40-45 F, but not in a row. I hope she'll stand it.

I think it's a NoId, but it could be a Tayanee White. I know it's white because my partner bought it for me in May in bloom.
