    Thanks for the comments - the flowers on that first spike are a joy and a lovely scent as well! BUT... the terribly hot, sunny weather we just had dried up most of the remaining spikes (No more showing off, Kim ) It seems it really needs very very wet, shaded conditions during the flowering period - we were having overcast conditions and constant downpours in the lead up to the spikes appearing... Hope that info helps you with yours, Jesus...

    I'll try and give them tons of water, see if that helps. I've got one of them mounted in light shadow, another one potted in clay with bark in full sun but under 70% shade cloth and I really can't remember how I'm growing the third one. I think potted in plastic with sphagnum.
