Default Back again after 3 months absence

I could only take a glancing eye of the Forum because neck and back pain prevents me from staying too long with the computer in the last 2 months.

Despite the extreme weather this year (26 rainy days in May and a record high monthly average temperature of 85 F in July), the following orchids struggle to bloom Name: DSCN3765.jpg

Wish you a speedy recovery. Missed your posts these few months. Your plants seem to be doing very well . I too have, been a bit under the weather these last 2 weeks after caught the flu from a relative who visited us from Australia - a really virulent strain. I've never been knocked out for so long from a flu.

Thank you all. MRI cervical spine report showed that degenerative changes with some posterior osteophytes noted. Dr advised to take physiotherapy and stop jogging. Instead, I go swimming 5 times a week.

Thank you Sriram for your kind thoughts. I was actually in training ( gym work and 6 km 5 times a week) for a month before this to prepare for my hiking and sightseeing trip to Kathmandu, Pokhara, Nagarkot and Citwan 5 - 21 dec. hope to resume light training soon. The doctor has advised I take it easy at my age. Hahaha . As we say in Malaysia " Only 76 - What."
