Default To pot or not to repot Phailocalanthe

I was just looking at this plant this morning and it dawned on me that this one unlike many others did not get repotted. I am wondering if this is a good candidate for repotting. Is it the proper time? If yes, what kind of mix? I have read information out there and there are many different ones suggested. I have also read that repotting will set the plant back in growing so I am some what hesitant. Please help!!Name: IMG_6149.jpg

Are there any new growths showing? If not, then I'd probably re-pot moving the oldest bulb to a far 'corner' of the pot.

There is a small growth coming from the yellowish leaf. Does that make a difference on wether to repot? If you think I should repot, can you give me suggestions on what I could use as mix. I would really appreciate your response.
