    Default Paphiopedilum fanaticum

Paphiopedilum fanaticum, natural hybrid micranthum x malipoense, of slow growth, it will take more time before it opens fully, in its second flowering, as I grow in moderate light, fertilization 1/2, calcicola, sensitive to salts.

Cool! What happens to it if it gets too much salts?

The Paphiopedilum are all sensitive to salts, for this reason fertilize them in half, some are in a particular way, for these after about two hours after fertilization proceed to leaching in order to remove the excess of salts.
It seems that the Orchiata not subject to the phenomenon of the accumulation of salts, but we're testing and the results will be known in a year or two
