    So from what I have gotten from the replies is to keep mounted, change location on fern fiber, and add sphagnum. I have coconut fiber. Would that be better? Elidee do you think I should pot? Although, I am still not finished with this project, I am so thankful for all your responses.

    I think you should continue with the mount for a while to see if you get root growth but be careful not to let the plant stay wet for an extended period.A larger plant will be more tolerant of wet feet.If you see no signs of improvement you could consider potting the plant.I don't like the thought of you disturbing it more than necessary.
