    Default Onc. Golden Shower

This is the first time it's bloomed since I mounted it on driftwood about 18 months ago. It really took hold and is doing great.

I would have liked to have seen both spikes open together but the other faded.

    Nice!

I've always liked the look of mounts. Unfortunately, I'm rather limited in what I can mount as the dry air in my apt makes it too difficult to keep most moist enough.

I have access to alot of driftwood so I do lots of mounting. I like treefern for this too. Of course much easier to keep in a greenhouse.

It all depends on your growing conditions as well as the plant. I mounted plants that just didn't seem happy and weren't thriving in pot culture. I also grow in a greenhouse so it's more humid etc...
