Default transparent spot on phalaenopsis leaf

Currently some of my phal leaves got this transparent spot. It is not wet or mushy, but the affected leaves eventually will drop off. I dont know whether its a fungal or bacterial rot. Could anybody here inform me how to treat this symptoms. Thanks a lot in advance

Is it cell collapse? I think to treat it, we need to find out what caused it. If you are sure it is not caused by a pest, then my guess is cell collapse. This happens because of watering issues or sometimes temp issues. Since this orchid looks to be growing in s/h, was there any temperature issues that could have caused the problem? Is the orchid new to your growing area?

    Cheers,
    BD

That's an interesting looking spot...hmm? I'd maybe spray with some anti-fungal or anti-bacterial just in case...

Thanks BD & Connie, after watching it closer, i think its caused by something biting it and then other infections set in (i found a black spot and cell collapsed in the backside), so i'll try neem spray and antibiotics, but for the leaf in the pict, i have already cut it off.
Its better loosing a leaf than loosing the whole plant.
    Thanks again
