LOL about the next time when you want babies!!! First time is the worst you just must have more confidence! YOU CAN DO IT!!!
The big babies you can put in small individual pots in medium that works best for you. My baby dendros are doing best in bark mix, but I already start increasing the light for them (they are bigger than yours now). I too have couple with fungal spots that have been there for several months and since I took them outside I have no worries and they are happy.
The little ones you can still put in compot (mine seem to like sphagnum moss). I make sure they have high humidity, good air circulation and not too much light. I only mist them every morning (the medium) and also I fertilize with half strenght fertilizer about every 2 weeks (only misting). Oo! Also the little ones I leave some roots out of the medium so they can get enough air. Is the plant that suffers from poor air circulation not one leaf. Right at the moment what I would do is take them out of the bottle and put them over some sphag... just like that... then deal with the pots issue...
Carrie, here is pic. of one of mine. You can see the fungal spots didn't disappear, but it has a new growth that looks great. I did spray them with 3 in 1 fungicide but didn't take the leaf off (I might be wrong, may be I should have, but the plant is OK)
